Refund & Return Policy

Return Criteria

• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 35 days of the original shipment date. We do make exceptions in certain circumstances.

• All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition. 
• Shoes must be returned in their original form. Please pack the shoe box with paper or poly bag we don't require additional packing. 
• If the Item was purchased from ShoeFash.com or from any other website that's linked to ShoeFash.com it must be returned non Damaged and not dirty. If sent to ShoeFash.com Damaged or Dirty the buyer will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Details

• Returns are processed within 1-5 business days upon receipt of the package. 
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Free shipping on selected items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee If item is damaged or dirty.

How to Make a Return

• Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.

• Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).
• Go to ShoeFash.com and scroll down to the bottom of the website and click on Return Center. Then enter your order number and email address you used to purchase the item with. Once we have received your request for return we then will determine if you are eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label. • Once we have received and inspected your item your refund will be issued.

• Send your package back via shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
